Yes. Our online shop ships fruit trees, subtropicals, and rare edibles to gardeners across Aotearoa New Zealand, subject to plant health and courier rules. Shipping options and costs show at checkout. Plants are packed for safe transit from our Te Puke nursery.
We photograph real nursery stock where possible. Living plants vary with season, pot size, and maturity — images show representative plants, not always the identical specimen. Check each product description for size and grade. Email info@troppo.nz before ordering if you need a specific look for a design or orchard project.
Order confirmations are emailed automatically. You can also log in and open My account → Orders to view receipts, tracking, and order history anytime.
Read our Refund & Returns Policy for living-plant conditions. Contact info@troppo.nz with your order number and photos if plants arrive damaged or incorrect — we will work with you fairly under Vector Group Charitable Trust customer standards.
Tropical and rare stock follows growing and propagation cycles at our Te Puke food forest nursery — availability changes through the season. Use the product enquiry option when an item is out of stock, or message us for substitutes from our subtropical and edible range.
For food-forest tours, see foodforest.tours. For free NZ grower tools (Orchard Planner, Companion Planting Matrix, Continuous Harvests calendar, and more), visit troppo.nz/tools. For workshops and Kai Resilience programmes, mention your interest in the contact form — or explore kairesilience.food.
Kai Resilience is Vector Group Charitable Trust’s (CC45966) food-security and community-kai programme. Kai Resilience in Te Puke is anchored at Troppo — our tropical urban food forest and nursery. Regionally we support Kai Resilience in the Bay of Plenty and the Western Bay of Plenty through growing, education, and free tools. Kai Resilience New Zealand is coordinated nationally at kairesilience.food.
