Ceropegia linearis is a climbing semi-succulent plant that produces a cluster of slender stems from a tuberous rootstock. Hanging basket included.
A nice alternative to the Chain of Hearts! Happy in a warm and well lit position, looks great in a hanging planter or trailing off a shelf. Flowers prolifically in summer given enough warmth and light, ours lives in the greenhouse all year round and grows very rapidly, a very lush plant when estaliblished!

The stems are annual or perennial and grow up to 6.6 feet (2 m) long. The tuber is up to 1.2 inches (3 cm) in diameter. Leaves are green, glabrous, somewhat fleshy, shortly petiolate, up to 2 inches (5 cm) long and about 0.25 inches (0.6 cm) wide. Flowers are white to pale magenta, up to 1.2 inches (3 cm) long, and usually appear from late summer to early autumn and last up to 6 weeks.
An evergreen succulent trailing vine that grows to 10 centimeters in height and spreads to reach up to 2–4 metres in length. Ceropegia Linearis produces fleshy and round, green leaves that resemble small needles – hence it’s nickname ‘String of Needles’
