Vector Group Charitable Trust: Tender for Bulk Pineapple Plants

Vector Group Charitable Trust, a charitable organization based in Te Puke, is seeking tenders from suppliers for the bulk purchase of pineapple plants. This initiative is a core part of our mission to enhance kai resilience and food security within our community.
Plant Specifications: We are seeking a minimum of 1000 to 5000 healthy, pineapple plants, specifically the Cayenne
or Queens
varieties. Suppliers are requested to specify the total quantity and variety they can provide.
Tender Requirements: Tenders must include:
- A detailed proposal outlining the quantity of plants available, their variety, and the proposed cost.
- Information on your planting stock, including its origin and any certifications (e.g., organic, disease-free).
- Details regarding your company’s sustainability practices.
- Proposed delivery schedule and logistics to Te Puke, Bay of Plenty Region, New Zealand.
- Information on any potential for partnership or charitable donations, and outright purchase at a reasonable price.
- No locked in licensing or stipulations.
